In collaboration with Arts Idaho and the Smithsonian Folklife Festival, we proudly present the Blackfoot Ranch Rodeo and Indian Relays as a national America 250 event.

Here's to Ranch, Family, and Rodeo

This is no ordinary rodeo! Come enjoy a family friendly night cheering on local cowgirls and cowboys. The Blackfoot Ranch Rodeo is filled with tradition and culture as contestants compete in unique events that highlight skills of today’s working cowboys. You’ll be riding the edge of your seat as you watch 4 man teams compete in the Trailer Loading, individuals astride bucking horses, youth dressing up for the wild cow race and much more. Don’t forget the rodeo begins and ends with world famous Indian relay races. You’ll be glued to the track as riders change horses at a dead run. Come join us for a night to remember.

General Information

Gates open at 8:00 am. Enjoy vendors and food while you watch the Day Events. Come early to watch the Pre Show Mutton Bustin at 5:30 pm. The main event begins at 6:00 p.m. All seating is general admission. Arrive early to beat the lines with your printed or e-ticket and get the best seats in the stands. Tickets can be purchased at the gate. Come prepared because “no matter the weather, we rodeo together!”
